We've reserved a block of rooms at the Harrison Beach Hotel for guests who wish to spend the night nearby. Please call 1-866-338-8111 to make your reservation before July 20th, 2018. When prompted, choose option 0 to speak to the front desk and mention the Solobay-Serbanescu wedding to ensure our group rate.

CHECKING IN

If you plan to check in at Harrison Beach Hotel on Friday, September 21st, please note that the official hotel check-in time is 4 pm (which is the ceremony time so please don't wait until then to check in!). 

You have a few options for checking in:

1. You can go to the hotel anytime that afternoon, leave your bags at the front desk, leave your cars in their parking lot, and take our complimentary hotel transportation to the venue. 

2. You can try calling the hotel and arranging for early check-in. They probably won't confirm this until closer to the wedding date, but we're pretty sure it can be arranged. 

3. If you're not planning to use our complimentary hotel transportation, you can just drive directly to the venue and check in later that night.

For those staying the Thursday night as well, you don't have to worry about this at all as you'll already be checked in.

HOTEL TRANSPORTATION

We will be covering the cost of transportation between Harrison Beach Hotel and Fraser River Lodge. We have opened an account with Chilliwack Taxi, so please reference either of our names to ensure that the rides get charged to us.

We will have a group of taxis arriving at Harrison Beach Hotel between 3:15 and 3:20 pm. Please be waiting in front of the hotel at that time. It is about a 15 min drive to the venue from there, which will bring you there in plenty of time for the ceremony.

In the evening, we will be calling taxis to take guests back to Harrison Beach Hotel as soon as you wish to leave. No need to wait for a pre-determined shuttle time :)
